This modern and very cozy apartment offers a homely feeling of living. It offers space for 4 people.

The well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals. 4 ceramic hotplates, oven, microwave, sink, refrigerator and dishwasher are part of the basic equipment here.

In the cozy living area with a sofa bed and armchair you can relax and unwind and end the day.

There is also a place to work with a desk, desk lamp and office chair.

The two comfortable single box spring beds can be seamlessly combined to form a 1.80m wide double bed.

The large closet and a chest of drawers offer enough storage space to store clothes etc.

The stylish bathroom offers a massage shower.

Vineyard – Hohenmorgen

It is considered one of the best vineyards in Deidesheim. The name comes from the old measurement of Morgen and the exposed location on a plateau. The soil in Hohenmorgen is a typical red sandstone weathered soil of the Mittelhaardt region, with proportions of loam, loamy sand and red sandstone rubble.

The host is obligated to collect this additionally and transfer it to the city of Deidesheim.
